Shipping & Delivery
We usually deliver our goods within 5 working days, using our panel of delivery service providers, after payment has been confirmed . If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a new delivery date or provide other instructions.
We accept various forms of payment modes e.g. credit cards/cash transfer/ bank transfer/ cheque/ money order. We will process your order immediately after thepayment is confirmed cleared by our bank.
If there is excess payment done by part of the Buyer, the excess will be credited via www.crafthaven.com.my online vouchers. No cash return requests will be entertained.
Return And Refund Policy
Craft Haven Sdn Bhd will only accept product replacement if products were defective arising from manufacturing defects. Buyer must notify us within 7 days after receiving the products, via email to Craft Haven , and products purchased must be returned to Craft Haven Sdn Bhd in unused condition and in original packaging, at Buyer's cost for our inspection.
Craft Haven Sdn Bhd will not be liable to replace any products that fall under the following categories:
1.The Buyer makes further use of such products without the Seller's consent after notifying the Seller of the defect/damage.
2.The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our verbal or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products.
3.The Buyer alters or repairs such products without our written consent.
Craft Haven Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to replace or accept returns if products purchased were in good functional condition after final inspection. Replacement of products, if accepted by Craft Haven Sdn Bhd, would be sent out to Buyer at our cost and non replacement products would be sent back to Buyer if requested, with delivery charge.
